Do you service my address?
Yes — we provide home and business cleaning across all of Sydney. Include your full address, suburb and postcode so we can arrange your quote visit.
Is the onsite quote free?
Yes. We arrange a free visit to assess your property and the cleaning you need. The visit date is confirmed with you by email or WhatsApp.
How is the cleaning price worked out?
We assess the space and discuss your priorities during the onsite visit, then provide a quote for the cleaning. Submitting the form or contacting us starts the visit arrangement; it does not set the cleaning price.
Is my preferred date the cleaning date?
The date on this form is your preferred date for the free quote visit. We contact you to confirm it. If you accept the cleaning quote, the cleaning date is arranged separately.
What should I tell you about the property?
Your property type and size, rooms that need extra attention, and any moving or handover date help us prepare for the visit. Put these details in the notes. Save keys, door codes and other private access details for a separate conversation.
